Returns
• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• To initiate a return, please email us at info@simplycollars.com with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
Refunds
• Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
• If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
