Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@simplycollars.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
